I spend as much time as I can writing and reading. I like Arctic Monkeys, Doctor Who, and SHerlock. I'm normally too shy to post much on tumblr.

So? How do you win?

  • You may reblog each version ONCE per DAY. The giveaway will run until June 10th.
  • Likes DO NOT COUNT.
  • The winners will be chosen by a random number generator. They will have 24 hours to confirm with their address. The first number wins the Holmes Version, the second number wins the Watson Version.
  • You cannot win both versions of the giveaway.
  • You do not have to be following us, however, this is a present to our followers and listeners, so it’s appreciated. Plus we do really cool things like interview Sherlock cast and authors and chat about Sherlock Holmes all the time!
  • If you are following us and win, you’ll get an extra special gift on top of all of this!
  • Any questions, naturally just ask. We’d prefer if you’d send an ask not anonymously so we can reply privately and not clog up people’s dashes.

I just saw the Hunger Games!

It was good…not as good as Tumblr had led me to believe, but I did really enjoy it.   There was no point in the whole like two and a half hours when I wished the damned thing would just be over, which is rare in such a long movie, and I thought most of the actors were really true to what I had thought they would be.  BUT I didn’t think the ‘this is mahogany!’ or whatever quote was as funny as everyone else on Tumblr seems to have found it, nor was I particularly moved by Cato’s death.

I was going through old clothes of mine to give either to my little sister or Goodwill and I found this gem.   I used to literally watch Aristocats three times in a row; there’s no way anyone but me is getting their hands on this shirt xD

Arctic Monkeys vs Coldplay

It’s been like 50/50 the whole time…and now Arctic Monkeys are behind, which I don’t think they should be.

The Doctor is an alien?!?!

My dad

This episode made me so angry, I had to write my first-ever long text post.

I’ve been watching Doctor Who with my sister, and we just finished The Almost People and MOFFAT WHAT ON EARTH WERE YOU THINKING.  The Doctor acts so out of character in that episode, and as far as I can remember, that’s never actually explained.  It’s absolutely ridiculous that he ended the episode the way he did; it took me about five minutes to come up with an ending that (I think) makes a lot more sense.

The rest of my rant will be under a read more thingy in case anyone hasn’t seen it…

Oh at least you have a circle, Glasgow. We’d LOVE to have a circle. I’d even settle for a single line connecting two dots. But no. Nothing.

I can hear the world getting bored of me talking about Sherlock all the time but they don’t understand how good it is…

I know, in school I try to not talk about it but it’s just too good..

I Believe in Sherlock Holmes wristbands. $4.

Also: Giveaway. I was going through these and a bunch of them have very slight defects (Example: One has a slight yellow spot on the inside of it next to “Moriarty was real”). I’m going to give those away because, well, I want to.

So here’s how to enter:

  • Reblog this as often as you want between now and February 13th.
  • Or like it. However you feel at that particular moment.

Wow, that was easy.

I’ll see how many I have that are funky (at the moment, at least 11) (and really, they’re not that funky. I’m just a perfectionist) and pick people using a random number generator on Valentine’s Day (because who doesn’t need a little extra love?).

A portion of each wristband sale will be donated by me to The Harry Potter Alliance, because hey, this is about fandoms doing good in the world, and that’s entirely what they’re based on. If you have no idea what that charity is, go forth and learn, my friends.

I really really really want a lot of people to wear these and then I want to find someone and be like “OMG WE MATCH” because I’m that kind of nerd.
